look what the cat... didn't...drag in

Like most cats our cat tends to like to hunt and bring in the goods, he usually removes the head and leaves the two parts scattered around in the kitchen.

But not with this one...either it put up too much of a fight for him to drag through the cat flap or it wasn't a grand enough catch to show off and present to us. 

I think it made a decent photographic subject though. It's on top of a drive's drain grate.

Taken using a Pentax K10D and a 100mm macro lens.

The vignette and contrast was increased in Lightroom.
